By accessing or using echome.ai (the “Site”) or joining the EchoMe waitlist or beta, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Site or join the waitlist. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the EchoMe app or beta. We decide who gets access, when, and in what order.

Beta versions are pre-release software. They may contain bugs, change significantly, or be discontinued at any time, and may be subject to additional terms we share when you get access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Submit false information, or sign up others without their permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or related systems.
• Interfere with the Site's operation, including through bots, scraping, or excessive requests.
• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Site except as permitted by law.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, are owned by EchoMe or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. The EchoMe name and logo may not be used without our prior written permission.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information. By using the Site, you acknowledge that policy.

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

The Site and any beta are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Product descriptions on the Site reflect our current plans and may change before or after launch.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EchoMe will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may suspend or end your access to the Site, waitlist, or beta at any time if you breach these terms or if we stop offering them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EchoMe is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
